Stacie Kossoy
She/Her
Executive Coach
When I’m not coaching, I love spending time with my husband and big black cat, Tiny Panther, hiking with friends, or getting sweaty in yoga. I can often be found with a good book in hand, ideally near the ocean or a pool.
Summary and Highlights:
I am a passionate leader and advocate in education with nearly 20 years of experience working in school districts. My career has taken me from the classroom to district leadership, where I have been responsible for developing strategic visions, managing and coaching leaders, organizing and leading professional development, and supporting families. My commitment to anti-racism has guided me in adjusting curriculum, enhancing student and teacher experiences, and making systems more equitable, just, and inclusive. Currently, I run Kossoy Consulting, where I serve as an executive leadership coach, helping principals and district-level senior leaders achieve their full potential.
Coaching Vision:
I help leaders focus their attention on themselves and their priorities so that they can empower their teams to thrive. I take a stance of compassion and curiosity to ask deep questions and help you analyze patterns in your leadership. I create a safe and confidential environment where you can be vulnerable and honestly reflect on the challenges you face to gain new insights into your practice. I act as a thought partner - drawing out themes, making connections, asking tough questions that elicit important insights. Together, we lay the groundwork for you to become the best version of yourself.
