When I'm not coaching, you can usually find me exploring the world, practicing a new language, writing, or hanging out with my husband, Mark, and our spunky kitty, Annie, in Seattle, WA.

Summary and Highlights:

I am an executive leadership coach with experience leading thousands of individuals, groups, and teams to achieve ‘impossible’ goals. I specialize in helping visionaries and high achievers make small yet impactful changes that bring out their powerful, authentic, and easeful leadership identities. Together, we’ll focus on cultivating an embodied, effortless leadership presence that enhances energy, confidence, and clarity, empowering you to joyfully meet your audacious goals.

I also wrote a book disrupting the 50B self-help industry and am the founder of The Center for Conscious Leadership :)

I combine laughter, compassion, experimentation, and practice to help you bridge courageous action with self-compassion.
