Our "pay what you can" model means you contribute what feels meaningful to you, without breaking the bank. Full rates are $250 per hour, and we'll work with you to determine an appropriate rate for your participation.

In exchange, you agree to provide a testimonial and participate in a case study highlighting your amazing work and the impact of coaching. This helps us democratize coaching and inspire others to create change.

Each year, a select number of clients with demonstrated need will receive pro bono coaching, allocated through an application process that prioritizes financial need and potential for community impact.
