I am the founder and managing director of Intelektularo, an ICF-certified leadership coach, OD/communication consultant, and facilitator. My mission is to help organizations bridge the gaps between leadership, culture, and communication. With a talent for building relationships and aligning expectations among diverse individuals, organizations, and interests, I work with clients from all walks of life, guiding them through a range of topics from self-initiated strategies to "survive," to breakthroughs that enable them to "thrive."

With more than a decade of senior leadership experience, I bring a multifaceted perspective to my coaching practice. My style is often described as supportive yet “gently challenging,” helping clients achieve their personal and professional goals. I have a strong track record of building motivating environments and managing diverse global teams. Additionally, I am an Adjunct Professorial Lecturer at American University’s School of Public Affairs, where I teach leadership and team development courses. My coaching practice is also supported by various certifications and methodologies, enabling me to offer a well-rounded approach to leadership development.
