I’m a workaholic because I absolutely love what I do. All my quality time is spent with my partner, Kirk, our son Dylan (our pride and joy), and our 9-year-old French Bulldog, Skye. I enjoy cooking, traveling, reading, and DIY projects.

With over a decade of experience in leadership coaching and consulting, I’ve developed a portfolio that spans critical areas within organizations, including systems evaluation and improvement, performance management, strategic workforce and succession planning, leader and employee development, and talent management. My expertise extends to senior executive management, human resources operations, employee and labor relations, learning and development, change management, internal culture, and human capital policy and accountability. I am both creative and analytical—a problem solver and a strategic thought partner with a calming presence, valued in both my coaching role and within demanding work environments.
