I achieve this through a blend of conversation, powerful questioning, formal assessments, and by designing and implementing custom training and coaching programs tailored to each client's specific needs. I love working with clients who are passionate about growth and eager to focus that passion inward to realize their full potential and what they can achieve.

As a recovering attorney-turned-coach, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching practice. My experience spans over a decade, providing coaching and strategic partnerships to individual leaders, teams, and entire organizations—from solopreneurs and small businesses to Fortune 50 companies. I help my clients build the mindset and habits necessary for continued growth, even after our engagement ends. Additionally, I am a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, a partner in the Georgetown Alumni Coaches Network, and a member of the BIPOC Coaches Collective. I also serve as a certified Assessor for the International Coach Federation (ICF), assessing coaches applying for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation.
