I live in Washington D.C. and enjoy spending my free time exploring new ideas and engaging in creative pursuits. I’m also the creator and interviewer-in-chief of Hello Stranger, a podcast all about how we become who we are.

My mission is to empower my clients with the strategies, skills, and tools they need to own the change process and see tangible results quickly.
