I live in Washington D.C. and enjoy spending my free time exploring new ideas and engaging in creative pursuits. I’m also the creator and interviewer-in-chief of Hello Stranger, a podcast all about how we become who we are.

I believe that great leaders are guided by self-awareness, purpose, and choice. My mission is to empower my clients with the strategies, skills, and tools they need to own the change process and see tangible results quickly. My clients will tell you that I’m adept at unlocking new levels of awareness, helping people feel comfortable taking risks, and aligning a company’s talent pool with a leader’s natural strengths to meet organizational needs.
