Sandra Sarucia
She/Her
Senior Facilitator and Executive Coach
I founded a nonprofit farm animal sanctuary with dozens of rescued animals and am living my dream with my wife and family at the Farmette Sanctuary. I spent over a decade in education, first as a Kindergarten teacher, then as a coach, school leader, and eventually making my way as a policymaker impacting tens of thousands of new educators across Massachusetts, centering anti-racist practices.
Summary and Highlights:
I’m a Tri-National queer Latina trained as an educator and leader, turned farmer, facilitator, and coach. I love working with folks seeking more alignment between their values and lived experience, and anyone aiming to live the most authentic versions of themselves. Work with me to reawaken your zest for life, realign with what makes you come alive, and reconnect to who you are.
Coaching Vision:
I help people slow down, tune into their inner wisdom, and find ways forward, grounded in love. I have a unique ability to listen deeply and help make connections you previously didn’t realize were there. I will ask big questions, champion you, and help you come to more meaningful insights and to be more attuned with your body. I will help you dream bigger than you’ve ever dreamed, and make a plan to bring that dream closer to your present reality. My vision is to empower individuals to live their most authentic and fulfilling lives by fostering a deep connection with their true selves. Drawing from a rich background that spans leadership, education, and advocacy, I combine my unique experiences to guide clients through transformational personal growth.
